Vegetable juice

One can have juice of carrot, beet, galka, bottle gourd (dudhi), spinach (palak), cucumber (kakdi), cabbage, mint (phudino), lemon, coriander leaves, tomato, etc. To make the juice tasty one can add lemon, black salt, rock salt, honey, ginger, basil (tulsi) . One can also mix different vegetables such as carrot and beet, spinach and cucumber, dudhi and tomato, dudhi and spinach etc. as per one’s taste.
